set up for trade and society displays will be from 11.00am on Friday the 29th of May 2020, to be completed by 6.00pm that evening ready for the preview buffet.

Overlooking the lakefront promenade will be the venue for the Gala Dinner, which will take place at 7.00pm on the Saturday; immediately following the dinner, the presentation of Trophies and awards will be made.

Talks will be scheduled scheduled up to 12.00. noon to give delegates some free time before breakdown at 4.00pm to enjoy all that Southport has to offer.
Entry to the show only £5.00 per day, payable at the door.
