The Grand Gala Dinner will be held in the Lakeside & Birkdale Suites which are part of The Floral Halls Complex. overlooking the  Lakeside Promenade.

FRIDAY.
set up for trade and society displays will be from 11.00am on Friday the 29th of May 2020, to be completed by 6.00pm that evening ready for  the preview buffet.

Halls open for judging at 8.00am..... doors open to the public from 10.00am to 4.00pm

THE GREEN ROOM.
Will be avaiable for RHS judging.

THE BIRKDALE SUITE.
will  be open for talks during the Saturday between 10.30am and 4.00pm. schedule and talks to be arranged.

THE BIRKDALE AND THE LAKESIDE SUITE.
Overlooking the lakefront promenade will be the venue for the Gala Dinner, which will take place at 7.00pm on the Saturday; immediately following the dinner, the presentation of Trophies and awards will be made.

Grand  Banquet Menu - £38.50 per person
Please specify when booking meal your choice of Beef or Seabass main course or full VG Menu   Please do not mix main and V VG choices.

Entry to the show only  £5.00 per day, payable at the door.
